2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your course purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of your transaction without providing a reason. If you exercise this right, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid.
3. Eligibility for a Refund To be eligible for a full refund under the 14-day cooling-off period, you must:
Submit your refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Not have completed more than 25% of the course content. Accessing a significant portion of the material is considered consumption of the service.
